We hate to see you go! But if you must, the process is easy. You can fill out a cancellation form at the front desk of your home club, or send a letter (preferably via certified mail) to your club requesting cancellation. Memberships can’t, unfortunately, be cancelled by email or phone.
Why can’t I cancel my Planet Fitness membership over the phone?
Planet Fitness doesn’t allow you to cancel your membership by phone or online. Your membership might already be on hold due to pandemic restrictions, and you may be able to get a three-month hold for medical reasons.
Can I get a refund on Planet Fitness annual fee?

Can you talk at Planet Fitness?
Planet Fitness strictly prohibits the use of mobile devices to take photographs or videos or to make voice or video calls in the locker rooms. Headphones or earbuds are required while listening to any audio on a mobile device. Use of mobile devices to make voice or video calls is permitted in the lobby area only.
