Non-members of all ages, other than PF Black Card® guests, are not allowed to wait for members in the club. The day fee is the fee a non-member/non PF Black Card® guest pays for use of the gym for one day. The day fee allows potential members to try the facility before committing to a membership.
Can you take videos at Planet Fitness?
You may not take any photographs or videos. No selling or marketing is allowed to other members while in our clubs. The use of all Planet Fitness logos is prohibited without consent.
Can I use my Planet Fitness membership at other locations?
The PF Black Card® is our most popular membership, loaded with perks including access to any of our 2,300+ locations worldwide, bringing a guest every time you work out, and so much more.
How do you cancel Planet Fitness membership?
We hate to see you go! But if you must, the process is easy. You can fill out a cancellation form at the front desk of your home club, or send a letter (preferably via certified mail) to your club requesting cancellation. Memberships can’t, unfortunately, be cancelled by email or phone.
