How do u measure for a bra?
Stand upright without a bra on, and using a measuring tape, measure around your back and under your bust, where the band of a bra would usually sit. Make sure the tape is going around in a steady, even line. It should feel snug, but not tight. Measure in inches: if you land at an even number, that is your band size.

Should you wear a bra when measuring bra size?
While braless or wearing a non-padded bra, use a measuring tape to measure around your torso directly under your bust, where a bra band would sit. The tape should be level and very snug. Round to the nearest whole number.

Do I need a bigger cup size or band size?
Going up band sizes If you go up a band size, you need to go down a cup size to compensate the difference. Let’s say you wear a 36DD and the band is too small but the cups fit. In order to go up to a 38 band size you need to go down a cup size. You would want to try a D in the 38 band, or a 38D.
Why do my breasts fall out the bottom of my bra?
If you see the bottom part of your bra being lifted away from your breast or skin, this means the cup size is too small. You want a little bit of space between the underwire and your breast tissue to ensure that the cup is completely encasing your breast, so it’s not falling out of the bottom.
