The Swimmers are waterproof and apply higher than the Skinnies Thigh Lift. They instantly lift the thigh to hide all signs of cellulite and sagging skin. Unlike the Thigh Lift, they may ONLY be worn on the front of the thigh and must be covered by a skirted swimsuit.
