NATIONAL FITNESS DAY JUST GOT BETTER
Join Better and the rest of the UK on Wednesday 21st September 2022 for the biggest physical activity celebration of the year. Run by UKActive, National Fitness Day aims to encourage the nation to get moving and bring people together.
Why is Fitness Day celebrated?
U.S. National Fitness Day in the U.S. is celebrated on the first Saturday of May — on May 2 this year. The day was founded by famous life- and career coach Kim Bielak in 2017 to dedicate a whole day to the importance of fitness.

What is international chest day?
