Most people think that if they can only fit in 30 minutes of exercise it won’t be enough, especially compared to a 45-minute spin class or a 1-hour yoga class. However, 30 minutes of exercise is more than enough time to get in a great workout.
Is working out 5 days a week too much?

According to the CDC, aim to do either 30 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio at least 5 days a week (150 minutes total per week) or at least 25 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity 3 days a week (75 minutes total per week). But that’s just for basic health.
What are signs of overtraining?

- Increase in tension, depression, anger or confusion.
- Inability to relax.
- Poor-quality sleep.
- Lack of energy, decreased motivation, moodiness.
- Not feeling joy from things that were once enjoyable.
